General Rule
All fees are non-refundable except within the Cooling-Off Period, subject to the conditions below.
Cooling-Off Period
You may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase if no trades have been placed, no account misuse has occurred, and services have not been accessed beyond the initial setup.
Forfeiture of Rights
Any account activity beyond the initial setup voids refund eligibility. Refund requests after initiating trades or using services will be denied.
Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks
Refunds will be denied if fraud, abuse, or chargeback misuse is detected. FUNDEDPROFX LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts pending resolution.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. If not feasible, an alternative secure payment method will be offered. Refund processing times vary depending on the payment provider.
Special Conditions for Card Payments
Refunds to credit/debit cards via Stripe follow PCI-DSS security standards and Stripe’s refund timelines.
Refund Process
If eligible, you will receive the refund through the same payment platform used, within fourteen (14) days.
Discretion on Refunds
We reserve the right to grant or deny refunds based on our judgment.

To request a refund, send an email to support@fundedprofx.com with the subject “Refund”. For efficient processing, provide all necessary information related to your request.
EU Consumer Notice
In line with Article 16(a) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right to withdraw may be unavailable if the service is completely rendered with the consumer's prior approval, acknowledging their forfeiture of withdrawal rights after full service completion.
